• A ministry leader will reach out to you via phone or email to share the vision of the ministry and discuss roles you might be interested in shadowing. If it feels like a good fit, you’ll move to the next step.

3. Shadow a Volunteer

• Experience the role firsthand by shadowing a current volunteer during a service.

4. Confirm Your Fit

• After shadowing, let the ministry leader know if the role suits you.

5. Serve for 90 Days

• Join the team and serve for a 90-day period. You can choose to participate as often as every other week or as occasionally as once a quarter.

6. Review and Next Steps

• At the end of the 90 days, the leader will reconnect with you to discuss your experience. You can decide to continue in your current role, explore a new role, or try serving in a different ministry.
